When I first saw the advertisements for this product I was skeptical. After all, how can a lotion absorb into the skin while it is wet, and then hydrate it enough to not need an extra moisturiser on top of it? It seemed too good to be true, which is usually my call to action to put it to the test. I began using it a day later, and boy, was I wrong.
The first clue I picked up on was that the lotion itself felt luxuriously soft and velvety. You can usually tell if a product is going to feel beautiful on your skin by the texture of the formulation, and if this theory is anything to go by, I was right to assume that my skin would love it! I followed the instructions and applied the lotion to my wet skin after cleansing. After about 20 or 30 seconds I rinsed it off and began towelling my skin as I stepped out of the shower. To my complete amazement, my skin felt as if I had just applied a moisturiser – velvety and hydrated! I thought it might not last, but I am happy to admit that by the afternoon my skin was still soft and smooth, and in no need of extra moisturising.
Every time I use it, the results are the same. It has completely changed the way I go about moisturising my body as it saves me time and I never have to worry about the product staining my clothes. Plus, I couldn’t believe how affordable it is. I won’t stop using this product any time soon!

Winter is coming. This is the end of dry and flaky winter skin. I use this in the warm shower (water raining down), dry myself and get dressed. No more freezing cold moisturiser lotions that totally defeat the purpose of a warm bath/shower. No more dry, itchy, white and flaky skin!

My bottle did fall many times and even cracked, personally I didn’t think the bottle design was great – the cap should be at the top of the bottle for convenience.

As a mom of two I need products that work fast and effectively. During the work week my shower is purely functional. I get in, wash up and go. I really love this product. It has Nivea’s all familiar and comforting scent and is used after your regular cleansing product is used, slather it on rinse and soft delicately scented, gently moisturised skin is yours. No additional post shower moisturiser required. I am a huge fan of this and I think anyone that tries this will be completely sold on this product.

This is a great idea. It’s great for people like me who are lazy to put lotion on your body after you get out of the shower (especially when it’s cold out). So it definitely made a change to my skin condition because I would usually skip moisturising. It’s easy to use, but something to get used to. My skin felt soft and moisturised afterwards, but if you have really dry skin, that is used to using body butters, you will need a little bit of extra moisturisation after the shower as well. Pity you can’t use it in the bath :(
