A recent survey by The Body Shop UK revealed 6 in 10 respondents feel anxious. Enriched with 100% natural and biodegradable lavender and vetiver essential oils, the routine includes Relaxing Hair & Body Wash, Balmy Body Cream, Calming Pillow Mist and an Essential Oil Blend that’s applied on your pulse points to prepare your mind for sleep.
The four-step Boost routine is enriched with mandarin and bergamot oils, known for their potent re-energising properties. Using it in the morning helps to start the day with positive energy.
