Sunscreen is the single best thing that you can do for your skin on a daily basis. Mineral sunscreen works by reflecting sun energy and chemical sunscreen works by absorbing sun energy. SPF 15, 20, 30, 50 all have the same physical protection within the burn time. Burn time is classified as the time you start damaging cells.
