“When I think ‘Kate Spade’, I think ‘happy.’ Kate Spade New York fragrances are just that – filled with joy. I find them incredibly uplifting, and Chérie may be the most cheerful of them all.
Upon the first glance I knew that they were onto something special – the bright red and hot pink bottle and packaging pays homage to arguably the most cheerful of the art movements – pop art. You simply can’t look at this beautiful round red bottle without feeling the joy emanating from it.
And the scent is exactly what you’d expect from a bottle this pretty: It’s fresh, it’s floral and it’s fun. I love the original burst of fruity notes when you first spritz it, and how it becomes warmer and more floral as the fragrance settles on the skin.
I love how versatile the scent is. I’d wear it for work, lunch with the girls or even when I’m alone at home. It’s an enjoyable scent, so you should wear it whenever you want a burst of sparkling happiness. Though some might say it’s the perfect fragrance for spring, I’ve been wearing it in the heart of winter and it’s been a real pick-me-up on gloomy grey days.
