How-to: body scrub and mud wrap
Preparation: Choose your bed, or a comfy chair in your house and drape an old towel/sheet over it – this will be the place that you relax as your mud wrap sets, so be sure it’s well-covered to avoid any mess.
Program: Lather up in the shower with an exfoliating scrub such as Dermalogica Skin Prep Scrub, to rid your body of any dead skin cells.
Rinse well, switch off the shower, and pat yourself dry, before smoothing on a rich body mud like AHAVA Natural Dead Sea Mud.
Head to your pre-chosen relaxation space and chill out for 15 minutes while the mud sets. Head back to the shower and rinse thoroughly – your body is guaranteed to be as smooth as silk!
