Hi, I am bit worried about myself, I do like my sleep like since ever, BUT these days I just watch the clock saying just 5 minutes relaxing or just lying in bed. Then when I get to myself and hour or even a few hours have passed. I missed church due to this.

It’s important to have this checked out with your doctor. Over-sleeping could be a side-effect of many things, like depression, stress, diabetes, sleep disorders or heart disease, and whilst there are easy and effective ways to correct this, it should not be undertaken without a doctor’s diagnosis.
