  • Aside from body creams and oils, food that we eat plays a vital role in enhancing our complexion wether we want a to have eve, porcelain or luminous skin. Asians are naturally obsessed with beauty and vanity i for one takes food supplement L-glutathione together with vitamin C for an even and porcelain like skin tone. And strivectin for my stretch marks after giving birth. And nivea happy (ohhh the scent is just wonderful)for everyday use to moisturize my skin.

  • Some people might think this is not for real, but i am 48 years old so the cellulite phew is getting out of hand, no matter what so i was scrubbing my face a few weeks ago with a facial scrub, and decided ok lets give a try, so i took some and dab it on my legs and started scrubbing for a few minutes, so now this has become a daily routine to me, and it works for me u never know it might do the same for u.
