I have horribly fine, limp hair. It is the BANE of my existence. No really! So I always have mixed feelings about trying new hair products: on the one hand there’s the hope that FINALLY this will be the one to give me full, bouncing locks; and on the other, there’s the fear that if I try this one and it’s horrible, I will have to spend (yet another) bad hair day.
But Schwarzkopf Gliss Hair Repair with Liquid Keratin Marrakesh Oil and Coconut shampoo – despite the dark brown – BROWN! – bottle, gave me a really good hair day. The first in a long time.
As you may have gathered, I am not mad about the look of the product. I assume the brown bottle with gold writing is meant to reference Marrakesh or something, but it just totally doesn’t do it for me and looks odd in my bathroom alongside all my girlie-coloured bottles. But the product itself is great. And a great price too!
And for those of you (like me) who get really nervous around anything labelled “coconut”, do not be afraid: it doesn’t smell anything like coconut. It just has a subtle, light, slightly cocoa-ey fragrance.

This is probably the only shampoo I use. It really helped with hair breakage…
I LOVE Gliss Marrakesh Oil and coconut, it makes your hair smell of summer. Leaves your hair smelling and feeling clean. A must have for those post beach hair days.

This sounds rather luxurious. I have used Gliss previously and it left my hair super silky and soft. I would love to try this.
I didn’t buy this but got a sample size in a small bottle so there was quite a lot. It made my fine hair very oily and weighed it down, so that was a big let down. If like me you have fine limp hair and are looking for something to give you some bounce get the Marc Anthony oil of Morroco argan oil range! I have been using the shampoo and conditioner and treatment oil for a week now and my hair looks amazing. I wish I could put up a picture as words do not do justice. Cost wise it is 99 per product with the shampoo and conditioner being 200ml and the treatment 50ml. However with the shampoo and conditioner you will find that you less than half of what you use with other brands as it is very very thick. And the oil I use one drop for my bum length hair. Ladies you will never regret this purchase.
It’s great to read all the good reviews on this product. My dughter has thick wavy hair and I’m sure her hair would appreciate the moisture!
After washing with Gliss coconut my hair feels very oily like I haven’t just washed it.
This actually dried out my hair. Not impressed.
I have very thick hair and decided to give this a try – well I am impressed. My hair feels great – I too go the straightener route and my hair is feeling soft to the touch – plus I am getting comments on how my hair looks too – so something must be working! Give it a try – I am sure you will not be disappointed!
