Recreate a hydrotherapy spa bath

Recreate a hydrotherapy spa bathDid we mention it’s Women’s Month? And that we’ll be showing you how to spoil yourself? The entire month?

When the ladies at SOiL heard we were showing our readers how to pamper themselves this month, they sent us the perfect way to recreate a hydrotherapy spa bath experience…

1. Light a SOiL Uplifting Soy Wax Candle, R220. The citrus scents of grapefruit and lemongrass create the perfect environment to uplift and revive the senses.

2. After you’ve run a blissful bath, pour in a generous amount of SOiL’s Uplifting Coconut Bath Oil, R220 for 350ml.

3. Lie back and let the luxurious bath oil with nourishing and anti-oxidant-rich coconut oil moisturise and protect your skin, while essential oils of grapefruit and lemongrass uplift and revive the senses.

4. Soak for at least 10 to 15 minutes to get the full benefits of the aromatherapy oils and the clean-burning soy wax candle.

Please note that due to the high essential oil content (6%) of the soy wax candles, they are not to be used as massage/moisturising candles.
