“When it comes to Jimmy Choo fragrances, you don’t have to ask me twice – I’m a major fan and have never come across a Jimmy fragrance I didn’t like. I have loved I Want Choo since it first launched last year, but in the name of a fair review, I decided to wear it every day consecutively for a week before writing this.
What a treat! I hadn’t worn it for a while and discovered a newfound love when I spritzed it every morning. Taking the fragrance notes (and even the bottle design) into consideration, most people would probably classify this as an evening scent. They’re not wrong, but it’s definitely the type of fragrance that you can wear all day.
I absolutely adore the combination of floral (rose, jasmine sambac), gourmand (pink peppercorn, black cherry) and warm ambery notes (vanilla, tonka bean). The result is an ultra-feminine fragrance that’s elegant yet sexy, glamorous and seductive.
Because it’s an eau de parfum it lasts really long on the skin and I find that the longer it develops, the more alluring it becomes.
