“I may be slightly biased, because in my eyes, Sol de Janeiro can do no wrong. I absolutely adore every product I’ve tried. But that didn’t stop me from taking the review of the new Rosa Charmosa range seriously.
The products landed on my desk a few weeks before they launched, and I had the pleasure of testing them before they hit the shelves.
I’m a big rose fan in general, and I really love it when a fragrance uses the rose scent in a non-traditional way. Cheirosa 91 is a gorgeous fragrance. It’s rosy, yes, but it’s also fruity and sweet. It is simultaneously light and playful, yet it has a sensual appeal that’s warm and inviting.
The body cream has a beautiful, luxurious texture. It melts into the skin, leaving it feeling soft, smooth and moisturised for hours. It has the same rosy scent as the perfume mist, and I love layering the two products to increase the scent’s longevity.
