It’s one of the first things you learn as a kid, but running a bath can be so much more than a quick dip in the tub. Give the shower a break this weekend and pamper yourself with a blissful bath. Here’s how…
1. While running the water, light a candle or two. A scented candle will not only add a wonderful scent to your bathroom, but it will create a peaceful atmosphere, helping you unwind and relax in the bath.
2. Fill your bath with mineral-rich bath salts. Besides adding to the aroma, bath salts help ease stiff or sore muscles and help to remove toxins from the body.
3. Pop a mask on your hair. You’ve got the time, so why not treat your hair while the warm water, bath salts, and candles do their work?
4. Now, sit back and relax.
5. Once out of the bath, pat yourself dry and indulge in a rich body moisturiser.

Lovely!
I can totally see myself doing this. #relaxing
Ahhh – I barely got any leave over December – January, I did however manage to have one, long bath. Only one though. And it wasn’t anywhere near as awesome as this one sounds. :(
Aaah. I love taking a nice hot bubble bath. I normally put on a face mask and then read in the bath for almost 2 hours. So relaxing, especially when the bathroom smells delicious. :)
This is the Ultimate do it Yourself, Chill out, Rejuvenating inexpensive way of a mini Spa treatment…Aaaahh…

I want to try those new Soya massage candles – they sound amazing!
I am so used to having a bath with only the light from my candles, that I cannot enjoy one with the light on. I am currently using a soy candle with lemongrass aroma – so relaxing I often fall asleep :-)
This is so nice having a bath with candles.Me time.
I haven’t had one of these in a long time! Between the kids and the hubby I just never get to it!
