Question: Facial Exercises?

Do facial exercises really to keep your skin taut or is that a fallacy?


Thank-you for your question. The facial muscles can certainly benefit from facial exercises. How much that will affect the actual skin that lies on top of the muscles, really is going to depend on you, how you take care of your skin and your genetics. So using the right products and a good sunblock from as young an age as possible, is definately a very good start, and it’s never too late to start!
