Looking for a little glitz and glam this Halloween? You could try using Sinful This webbed design was achieved using Inglot’s O2M Nail Enamel in 618, R99, as a base. Then Inglot’s Matte Collection Nail Enamel in 710, R99, can be used on top with a toothpick for a paint-splattered effect.

I love the tangled web look! The base colour is amazing :) looks a tad bit hard to do though! as for the “what a peach” its pretty :) Ive done it before with red and black or pink!!!
