I’ve recently had my hair permed, but I’m not sure how often I should wash it. What do you recommend?
Phepa Moloi from Tanaz Hair, Body and Nails says:
“Permed hair should be washed at least twice a week using alternative shampoo each session. For example, on a Monday, use a light cleansing shampoo to prepare and cleanse the hair, and then on a Friday / Saturday use a conditioning shampoo to moisturise the hair.”
