Great way to look after nails, but I need to mention that doing it to often is not recomended, since your nail will become too thin very quickly.

I am nail Technician and its a must have and remember ladies once u have buffed put cuticle oil on the cuticles doesnt matter how many times a day u put on ur cuticles will be nice and soft :-)
