This product’s design is attractive and appealing. The product feels smooth and silky and is a white opaque-like serum. After using it, it makes my skin feel soft, plump and hydrated. It does not burn my eyes or cause any irritation to my skin.
However, I found that it does not work as advertised with regards to removing make-up, as I had to aggressively scrub/wash my face more than once before seeing results. I feel that this requires too much effort and does not meet my needs when it comes to the removing of make-up. I love to wear dark eye make-up and if I have to use or apply a product more than once, it defeats the purpose because it is the same as me using normal soap to wash my face.
I will, however purchase the product again because of the benefits it has with regards to the way it makes my skin feel, similar to that of a cleanser/exfoliator.
If they marketed this product just as a “cleanser” or “exfoliator” then it would be suited 100% as this is what the product delivers.
