I get the worst split ends. Are there any ways or tips to prevent them? 1The best way to prevent split ends is to have your hair trimmed regularly. Some women believe that it’s better to leave their hair and no cut it in order for it to grow, but truth is trimming it helps much more than any treatment.

You can maintain its health by treating it once a week and using a good shampoo and conditioner. Always use a heat protecting product when heat styling and never go to bed with wet hair.

  1. Coconut oil is very good for a night treatment or leave it in your hair for 1hr and wash ,or you can mix with your hair mask works for me

  2. Good advice. You need to trim your hair regularly, and always protect it when styling. Treat once a week and dry it as soon as possible. Wet hair is easily damaged. Never forget that. So take care when brushing wet hair too, and when removing tangles after a swim. Protect those tresses!

  3. My hair is extremely long and I will always believe in trimming it often and using quality products to keep it healthy. Also, cut down on any heat treatments, it deserves a break.
